Columbus, OH (August 19, 2016) – The 7th Annual Methodist ElderCare Services
Wesley Glen/Wesley Ridge Charity Golf Classic held Monday, August 15 at the New Albany Country Club netted more than $120,000 for Wesley Woods at New Albany. The silent and live auctions raised more than $29,000.
The charity golf tournament brought in 44 teams consisting of 176 golfers. Title Sponsors for the event were Corna Kokosing Construction Company and pH7 Architects.
“We had a rain delay of two hours, but it did not stop the incredible support we received from our donors and supporters,” commented Peg Carmany, CEO of Methodist ElderCare Services. “We enjoyed a fantastic day of golf, and the event was a huge success. We are already looking forward to next year. Thanks to everyone who attended. The charitable donations from this event will benefit the construction and operation of our newest facility, Wesley Woods at New Albany, supporting our excellent care and housing to our residents and seniors in the surrounding communities,” she continued.
